Paws For The Day…

We live in an age where someone can pout and strut in front of a camera to vie for airtime so they can be famous for no other reason than their name and photo is continually out there.
They then call themselves an “influencer” and expect people to blindly follow them or buy what they are selling. Plus they expect lots of freebies to flow their way or else they will do a bad review, post on social media or something similar.
The Pondering Paw is not an influencer, we are not famous and definitely do not want you to blindly follow us. We are here to make you ponder on things great and small, weird and normal, seen and unseen.
Many people need to re-connect with how amazing the world really is. Some just need to know that there are others out there who think about the same things – they are not alone. This is where pondering comes in.
What The Pondering Paw Does
The Pondering Paw gets you to ponder on many wide and varied topics to activate and open your mind to the endless wonders out there in the world!
As you start to ponder and open you mind more, so do the opportunities. Professionally you will be thinking more out of the square and be able to offer solutions in situations that others do not see. Personally, it will help you to look at your own problems from a different perspective to give you more options that you first thought were there.
Initially pondering will not come naturally to you and it is something that you will need to practice. Why? Well, because you will probably be like most people – very rigid in your thinking, with definite ideas, beliefs and thought patterns on many topics.
As you start to ponder on random topics, you will mentally wander off your beaten path. Initially it will only a few steps off that path, but bit by bit those steps will take you further away, maybe even to a very different path than the one you were on. One day you will look back wonder how you were ever so narrow in your thinking!

Other Thoughts

Pondering is not a science, nor is it an exact activity.
Some of your ponderings may bring out strong emotions – be they good, bad, happy or sad. While other ponderings may be like “meh, whatever”. But the whole point is that it is not your reaction to the pondering that counts, it is that you are expanding your mind each time you ponder.
There is no right or wrong when pondering as everyone sees things differently – might be a small difference or it could huge gaping chasm. But it is these differences that make the world an interesting place that can be both exciting and scary.
So find a comfortable place, sit back, relax and let your mind ponder!
